Hi everyone. Today I'm glad to present you the sixth of the 'Live Material Series'. Wildfire Part 6 (Trap Suite Mix) is the second and last part of the trap section that was featured in the very first version of my liveset. It is the direct sequel of Wildfire Part 5 (Trap Suite Mix) that I released two weeks ago.
Even if this new track has a more oppressive and mysterious tone than the previous one, I recommand you to listen to them together as these two tracks are really two pieces of the same whole. As you will notice, they share a lot of elements: the trap beat, the tempo, the choir sound, and the lead synth which is exactly the same.
Interestingly, the original Wildfire Part 6 track is the only beatless track in the whole Wildfire album. So I was more than curious about what could happen when transposing it into a more drum-driven environment. Even if the result didn't stay long in my liveset, I really like its ambivalence: it is both very different from the original version, and it's somehow still the same.
